WA Squash would like to extend our deepest condolences to parents, Vanessa and Mike, and brother Sam on the unexpected death of Mikayla.
Mikayla was a talented squash player winning the Australian Junior Girls Under 13 Title in 2003.
Mikayla was also the Girls Under 19 WA State Junior Champion in 2008 & 2009 and represented Western Australia in the Junior team in 2003, 2004, 2007, 2008 & 2009.
Mikayla was a member at the Marmion and Mullaloo Squash Centres and won several Junior Club Championships at Marmion.
Mikayla was also involved in many business ventures & dedicated much of her time doing humanitarian work. When work commitments allowed, she competed in the WA Womens State Grade Pennant Competition.
Mikayla was a vibrant and positive person who will be missed by us all.
